Morten de Fine Olivarius (1994) is a photographer with a large interest in the relationship between people and their surroundings. Recurring themes in his photographic projects include borders, the overlooked and forgotten, and the oddities of everyday life.

Morten works with both longer and shorter projects, and is intrigued by the possible combinations of images and text. He is working with this in his own artistic practice as well as in collaboration with others.

Besides making personal projects, Morten also works with architecture photography. See more on olivariusarch.com.

Morten has attended the Copenhagen School of Film and Photography. Besides this, he has an urban planning master’s degree in sustainable cities that he sometimes draws upon in his photographic practice.
